This aqueduct, located next to the Kağıthane stream, is dysfunctional due to its high slope. We re-functioned the dysfunctional public space within the context of the project. Considering the flood disasters that occur along the stream bed, a gradual water collection system was designed to store rainwater in the system and provide its own water throughout the year without taking water from outside. At the same time, the amount of water going to the stream was reduced and the aim was to prevent stream floods.
